Compliance Is At The Forefront of MOMS Operations
Compliance within a clinical lab is governed by numerous regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statues (AKS), and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA).
These laws create challenges when forming partnerships and accessing the labor required to perform specimen collections. Natera works with MOMS to access labor with compliance in mind.
